
Kelly Beeman received two undergraduate degrees (Economics and Accounting) at the University of Oregon, an MBA at the University of Virginia and Law Degree (JD) at the University of Oregon. He founded and owned a Bankruptcy Trusteeship in Boise, Idaho in the early 80's where it continue to operate until 1990.
Kelly and his wife, Jerri, are dual United States and New Zealand citizens. Kelly is a former Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister of New Zealand, the New Zealand Treasury and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. He was seconded to the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and became the Director of the North American Investment Promotion Unit where he had offices at the Los Angeles' Consul-General's Office, the Embassy in Washington D.C.
He represented New Zealand's efforts in obtaining direct investment from North America into New Zealand. Kelly returned to his home town of Boise, Idaho in 2003 to renew the practice of law, concentrating in the area of bankruptcy.
